Det inte helt vanliga ordet "panoply" (alltså en rustningsuppsättning) kunde vara en annan ledtråd. Ur The Song of Eärendil:

"In panoply of ancient kings,
in chainéd rings he armoured him"

(Notera också den komplexa metern, där "kings" mittradsrimmas med "rings".)

Wow! Läste den nyligen och fick bara en känsla att det kunde vara den. Minns att jag verkligen älskade beskrivningen av karaktärernas utseende i den; att det var väldigt målande men ändå skarpt på något vis. Gott, min tur då! Är det för lurigt ska jag komma med lite tips...
