Eon rules question: Karaktärsdrag

On page 141 of the corebook under the "De tre nivåerna" one can read the following:
Nivå II: En omvälvande situation. Denna nivå är mer mödosam och kräver att rollpersonen på något sätt anstränger sig och sätter något på spel. Vanligen bör rollpersonen riskera att hamna i någon typ av fara. Uppnås detta får man nästföljande scen igen antingen 3 Fokus, 1 Välmående eller genomgår en Omvälvande händelse, se nedan.

but then, when you go to "Lista med karaktärsdrag" some traits do not seem to follow that premise. For example:
Sex
[II] Ny erövring: Ha sex med en person som denne inte har haft sex med innan eller ha sex i en opassande situation eller på en opassande plats där det kan uppstå grava negativa konsekvenser.

This in many situations won't meet the description of "Vanligen bör rollpersonen riskera att hamna i någon typ av fara", for example if the character has sex with a prostitute with whom they have never had sex.

So my question is, I am correct to assume that to trigger a level II trait, the following should always be true "Denna nivå är mer mödosam och kräver att rollpersonen på något sätt anstränger sig och sätter något på spel. Vanligen bör rollpersonen riskera att hamna i någon typ av fara." independently from what the trait says in its particular description?

Well, that depends on how you interpret "fara". "Grava negative konsekvenser" would be a "fara" to your social status. For example, a noblewoman having semi-secluded sex with a male servant in the king's court. Or engaging in homosexual sex in a lot of realms where there's a risk of getting caught. Etc.

With that said, no, it shouldn't always. The word "vanligen" carries a heavy load here; It is usually dangerous, but not always. Read the description of the specific karaktärsdrag in question, they are meant to be asymmetric.
