Hey everybody!
I'm here on a recruitment mission. Ardan Nights is a project dedicated to the creation of Middle-earth within NWN. With different groups responsible for custom content, scripts, research, adaptation, building and gaming, we've been working diligently to accurately represent ME in NWN. Much has been accomplished in bringing ME to life: We have our own classes, races, skills, effects, a random
task engine, resting system, hunger, poison,..magic has been redone, AI scripts implemented, ..and more
We also have new ME models for NPCs, creatures, buildings, placeables, PC and NPC faces. Note that the setting is in the 4th Age of ME, but in the future there will be other, historical, ages as well. Our Middle-earth will be dedicated to Role Playing, so those of you who are fed up with hak n’ slash in RPGs and want to play in Middle-earth should take the time to check us out.
We are currently working on our Breelands module which consists of approximately 175 16x16 areas in-game (not all 16x16, mind you). We're always looking for fresh blood, so, if you think you can provide even 10 minutes a week to provide some feedback, it would be appreciated. If you can test the Breelands module, then stop on by. If you'd like to help out in designing the systems, resting etc. then be sure to check us out. If you'd like to help out in building areas, scripting, drawing, modeling etc..., then please find your nearest teleportation point.
(Please note these do not exist in Ardan Nights, so you'll have to get off at the nearest stop). We have of course a few screenshots for you to look at...
