It was kind of published before there were any reliable platforms for digital books.

I may have a few hardcopies left, but I don't think the print files or the layout files have survived multiple computers and physical moves.

yeah, thats fair. Is there a chance of scoring one from you for whatever fee you think is fair? Postnord to the US is usually pretty good.
