Vagrant Story?

Vancouver Rise cements their position in the table by gaining a win over Ottawa! Rise started out the season rather haltingly but now we are on to 6 games in a row without a loss and 3rd in the table.

Those are all good stuff. Generic cyberpunk/Judge Dredd type stories are basically all good. The overlap between mutations and cybernetics is really interesting actually. Add a touch of the specific tone.

I just saw a board game about this, but I dont remember the title now, Ill see if I can dig it up. Rules wise, I think if its pretty realistic, literally any game will work. If its more swashbucklery, then something a bit more heroic. It seems like an obvious choice for GURPS I suppose, you can...
